How to order Payment Minimum order is EUR 25.00, exclusive of shipping and payment charges.

Shipping costs are: Holland (EUR 4.00), Europe Priority (EUR 7.00); Outside Europe (EUR 8.00); Outside Europe Priority (EUR 15.00).

You can pay in Euro's, Dollars, Dutch guilders and Deutsche Marken. The exchange rates are: 1 EUR = 1 USD = 2.20 NLG = 1.95 DEM. These are current rates, but exchange rates vary over time and may change without notice. Please do not use any other currency.

Prepaid orders will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. COD-orders will be shipped on the same or the next business day.

How to carry out a money transfer

The procedure for doing a money transfer is different for every country and for every bank, but this should be enough information for you to complete a money transfer:

An international bankcode (bankleitzahl, routing number, or sorting code) is not required in The Netherlands.

Do not forget to give us your last name and order code so we can locate your order form !!!

Minimum amount for a money transfer is EUR 25.00. Please use the 'our cost' option, which means you pay the costs of the money transfer. If you do not transfer the full amount or use the 'our cost' option, we cannot process your order.

Important Notes

The products will be shipped AFTER payment has been received (except for COD's). All shipping is at our risk, except in cases were you have provided us with an incorrect address or faulty ordering information. Merchandise should arrive within 2 to 6 business days within Europe or 4 to 8 business days outside Europe, depending on your country. Check out the shipping time table for more information.

An incomplete order or an order with insufficient payment cannot be handled. Please check that you have transferred or sent the correct sum. Provide at least your phone number or email address so that we can get in contact with you. Give your last name and order number in every inquiry.
